If you are a new counselling client, please select an Initial Consult as your first appointment.

Accepting new clients for Individual Counselling, but not currently accepting new clients for Couples Counselling.

Virtual sessions: All appointments are offered online through video appointment. Phone appointments are available by request.

Update to session fees: Effective January 1 2026, the rate for individual counselling sessions is $160.

Clinical Supervision: I am accepting new supervisees for Individual Clinical Supervision / Consultation for therapists in private practice or recent graduates. You are welcome to book a supervision meet-and-greet to get started.

Cancellation Policy: Please provide 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Missed appointments and late cancellations (less than 24 hours notice) are charged the full session fee. A credit card is required on file for all bookings and may be charged for cancellation fees. Please send me an email to discuss any extenuating circumstances.

Regular Hours: Mon 11am-3pm, Tues/Wed/Thurs 10am-6pm PST

Time Zone: All appointment times are listed in Pacific Standard Time (PST - Vancouver) unless you change your timezone on your account.

Clinical Supervision and Consultation for registered counsellors and therapists (RCC, CCC, RSW) in private practice who work primarily with adults in British Columbia.
If you are inquiring about supervision, you are welcome to book a free Supervision Meet-and-Greet to chat about your goals, explore any questions, and see if we would be a good fit.

Nicole Persall MEd, RCC-ACS Candidate

Nicole Persall is a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC #17073) and Clinical Supervisor (ACS-Candidate) with the BCACC and holds a master’s degree in Counselling Psychology. She offers online counselling to individuals and couples across British Columbia for relationships, trauma, attachment styles, boundaries, people-pleasing, anxiety, and more.

Nicole integrates various therapeutic approaches in her work including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Somatic therapy, and Gottman Method Couples Therapy. Nicole utilizes attachment-based, trauma-informed, and somatic approaches in her work.

Nicole also offers individual and group clinical supervision and consultation for therapists in private practice. She has completed foundational training in clinical supervision and is working towards full accreditation as an Approved Clinical Supervisor with the BCACC. Her approach is warm, relational, and collaborative.
