Welcome to my online booking page! I am glad you are here.

Accepting new clients for Individual Counselling, but not accepting new clients for Couples Counselling at this time.

If you are a new client, please select an Initial Consult as your first appointment.

All appointments are offered online through video appointment. Phone appointments are available by request. A credit card is required on file for all bookings.

Cancellation Policy: Missed appointments and cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are charged the full session fee. Please send me an email to discuss any extenuating circumstances.

Regular Hours: Tues/Wed/Thurs 10am-6pm.

Time Zone: All appointment times are listed in Pacific Standard Time (PST - Vancouver).

Nicole Persall MEd, RCC

Nicole Persall, MEd, RCC is a Registered Clinical Counsellor with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors and holds a master’s degree in Counselling Psychology. She offers online counselling to individuals and couples for issues such as anxiety, trauma, and relationships.

Nicole integrates various therapeutic approaches in her work including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Interpersonal Therapy, and Gottman Method Couples Therapy. Nicole utilizes attachment-based, trauma-informed, and somatic approaches in her work.
