All appointments are offered online through video appointment. Phone appointments are available by request.

Cancellation Policy: Please note that appointments are subject to a 24-hour cancellation policy.

Hours: Tues/Wed/Thurs 10am-6pm.

Time Zone: All appointment times are listed in Pacific Standard Time (PST - Vancouver) unless you change your time zone on your account.

Nicole Persall MEd, RCC

Nicole Persall, MEd, RCC is a Registered Clinical Counsellor with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors and holds a master’s degree in Counselling Psychology. She offers online counselling to individuals and couples for issues such as anxiety, trauma, and relationships.

Nicole integrates various therapeutic approaches in her work including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Interpersonal Therapy, and Gottman Method Couples Therapy. Nicole utilizes attachment-based, trauma-informed, and somatic approaches in her work.
